People were saying similar about Patton.

Who is first choice due to an injury to KB and highly unlikely to be first choice in 2020. We had better wingers when, and since, Rhys Williams was with us. Wouldn't make our team now, either. Fair play to him for making it back to superleague.

I think Williams would have been a better option than Russell...

I'm expecting Davis to play. He's one of the players whom we may need to call upon either during, or in the weeks following, Easter and this would be the perfect game for him to make his first team debut. He's a direct replacement for Hughes either in the starting 17 or coming off the bench. If Akauola would seem like a replacement for Tasi but Cooper and Hill are probably more in need of a rest but I doubt that Price will want to take too many chances. Maybe Akauola for Tasi but asked to play big minutes?

I think we're more likely to go with Livett in for Hughes and Davis starting at LF. Though I've been surprised by Price's picks many times so I guess we'll have to wait and see!

Think solid debut describes it well. Seemed to get through plenty of work and did his job well. Happy for him to play more minutes over / just after Easter to spell the squad.

I agree about solid and decent defence and worth another look, but, to ask that age old question, does size really matter?

Not at all, look at the likes of clark. Slim dude but puts big hits in etc He may be short but so is Philbin and theres no complaints there. Short Squat and Powerful He played well and glad he made his Debut but Akauola needs a run out soon aswell. But Price doesn't seem keen and i think we'll only maybe see him once over the easter weekend then he's gone at the end of the year. Smith Signed him and Price just doesn't want him from the looks of it?

There's plenty players in our team Price didn't sign. Sita did get a seious knock back injury...whether it's ability/competition or attitude keeping him out, I don't know...but does it matter?
He's not in the margins and we're winning.

I'm sure that Sita will be in the starting 17 at some point in the season, and as RD has commented, there has to a reason (or more) that's keeping him currently down the pecking order.

Look how successful Leon Price, Paul Sculthorpe & Andy Farrell(at times) was at stand off...they weren't even half backs but their presence of size was the difference.
