No way we could afford him, he's on about 600k AUS which is about 300k GBP. Also i can't see him ever leaving the NRL, we can only wish i suppose.

I’m hopeful we’ve got someone lined up, be abit unfair to be using Longstaff as a middle battering ram next year which we’ve seen a couple times this year. Although he deserves a spot in the 17.

Hill, Sita and possible JClark leaving with only Harrison coming in so far as a middle. But he’s likely to miss most of next year due to injury… we are crying out for a top class prop.

We should ask the saints fans, not about how much cap space we have left (don't want to rub their noses in it) about how much wages have been freed up with who has left and what has been reallocated so far with new signings.
