Bought my 2 Sunday afternoon and arrived today in Kent 300 mile drive Saturday morning over night stay in Altrincham then drive back Sunday. Come on the WIRE.

Someone was obviously very busy stuffing envelopes at Red Hall yesterday - got mine today too, ordered Fri night.

I seem to have also taken delivery of a stomach full of butterflies too!!

They are usually dispatched over Tuesday/Wednesday so if you haven't got yours yet I wouldn't worry too much, mine didn't come at all last year and I had to get them from the ticket office which shut at 4 last year which is quite a pain cause it meant getting in the ground early, if worst comes to worst that's what you'll have to do, hope you wire fans have a good day and hopefully it's a good game which isn't spoiled by the 2 clowns occupying ref and video ref

I ordered my ticket Sunday morning from wire website , it came yesterday £40 ticket west stand. First gf , driving up on day from Hatfield , near London , driving back down after as working Sunday . Anyone know good place to park where not to far to get back down south afterwards. So excited but nervous as heck as well

Ordered mine on Thursday night at 11:06 exactly from SeeTickets, still not arrived. Starting to get slightly worried as the website says contact them if you havent received them 72 hrs before kick off. Also slightly worried as out post man are pathetic. I had been waiting in for a new cash card the other day, the post arrived, he gave me the post as i was on the front, i looked at the name and address and he had given me the wrong mail. He had to knock on at another house to get my mail back. This constantly happens (its not hard no1 goes in letter better with the no1 on the door!!!!). Constantly get the wrong mail for different streets on the estate with the same house number so our tickets could be anywhere!!!!

ring up and get the tickets cancelled, they'll issue new ones to collect at the venue ticket office.

Apologies to the postman on this occasion. They just arrived...Phew! Time to chill and relax!

Mine came yesterday

Mine came yesterday via RFL , coach today via Seetickets. Was also beginning to get worried as I'll be setting off on Friday morning from Devon and had visions of them not coming until Friday afternoon and then having to sit on the M6 with the nippers fuming at the long line of stationary traffic in front of me on Saturday!!!! Now just have to do the sitting on the Friday instead



My fourth visit to OT to watch the Wire, here's hoping for more luck than the previous three visits.

4th visit to watch the Wire? This is only our 3rd GF

Some people watched the wire before super league you know. This is also my 4th visit. My first was in the 80s when Wigan beat us in a low scoring premiership final, Joe Lyndon double movement try if I remember correctly.

I remember that - I think. Mind you my memory is clouded with so many Wigan final losses during the late 80s / early 90s. We were always the plucky underdogs and I can remember I loathed the "NORWEB" shell suit brigade.

I too saw that game, and the Maine rd one, and the burnden park one.............just 3 of the many reasons that I hate wigan!

Surely there's only one reason: it's Wigan.

Our sales seem to be poor again, unfortunately. Why on earth is beyond me - a local rivalry played at an iconic soccer ground just down the road. It should have been sold out by Saturday tea time!

No worries fella. I also went to the Maine Road semi, and the Wembley 1990 final, and the Lancashire Cup final at Knowsley Road - all losses to the pie-eaters and for me, Wigan are Warrington's biggest rivals and we defo owe them a defeat.

Looks like we will be massively outnumbered at Old Trafford by our cherry and e friends.

I do wonder sometimes how much this town wants this team.
