If Sinfield had a normal shaped head then last night's incident would have been nasty - However, the fact he has the oddest shaped head known to man and, looks-wise, is the closest living thing to a neanderthal, meant he didn't quite have the impact a normal man might have had.

It was because his head is such a bizarre shape that he had to lunge the head in such an aggressive looking way - He will get a 2 match ban.

He has really fallen off this year and IMO is not half the player he was a couple of years ago. I think he personally knows this as well hence the headbutt in frustration
