I've heard this too! Could be a good move. A relative of mine has friends well up in Wolves business side and says there are signings that will have people queuing round the block to get in. If he has half the impact Hill had in his first season then we should be happy. Whilst the loss of Moz & Carvell will be huge we have to move on. I'm looking forward to watching Asotasi during the world cup. Hopefully there will be more joining to help freshen up the squad.

Whilst I don't mean to po po you here but let's look at this from a business point of view. Times are hard for many people and deciding how to spend their money is a problem. Should the club want a push on season tickets following what some (not me) have said was a "poor season" and with the big name departures then with all due respect, the recent announcements of Penny & England are not going to make people break the piggy bank or lump a few hundred quid on the ever increasing credit card to ensure they have the golden ticket to watch their every second on the field. Whilst I hope there is a or some superstars to be named to get people queing around the block like Wimbledon finals day. So before you put your head on your pillow tonight say a little prayer and hope for the best. I might even wear my lucky undies for bed!

The challenge for GOB next season is quite straightforward: he needs to take Briers shirt off him. Not literally, that'd be hideous watching the two of them go at one another. He needs to up his game and with youth on his side take the master's place in the team before Briers retires. I'm sure Gaz can do it, certainly has bags of potential, he just needs to believe in himself and step out of Briers' shadow.

Most of us are on tenterhooks to be honest - I'm not too sure how effective tender hooks would be, I find sharp hooks do the job much better....
