Having a back line selection of Ellis, Westwood, TBSH, Grix, Cooper, Harrison etc and not to mention the lads coming through, 'kin hell, we'd be scary.

In fairness to those with a balanced viewpoint, Ellis is a high quality backrower. We are fortunate to have two excellent players there, so going for Ellis wouldn't really give the right balance to the squad. Anther time, he would be ideal, just not now.

I reckon Ellis could play alongside Westwood and Waterhouse could move up to prop especially if Moz calls it a day !

Regarding our recruitment, a lot depends on whether Briers is retiring. If he isn't, I think we'll probably look at promoting a younger guy at FB, probably Ratchford, maybe more gametime for Riley. If he is, I suspect we'll spend some money on an experienced back to play either FB (and go with a Myler-Ratchford halfback duo) or halfback.
