I have heard it in passing that Danny Orr can be a feared man within the squad. I know he does not dish it out, but i have it on good authority that nobody would like to tangle with him.

I always thought Duane Mann was a bit superhuman because he never seemed to get injured, at all. I recall having a chat with him about it in Legends one Friday night!

I don't know for certain what Duane Mann's injury record was, but 124 appearance in 4 seasons suggests it was pretty good.

Les Boyd is an obvious one and Andy Gregory was no soft touch either - remember the New Years Day battle 1988 ( the game where Cull got sent off for fighting with Andy Goodway ). Probably one of the toughest I remember playing for us was Les Davidson - cam over with a massive rep for being nails and never disappointed.

IIRC didn Radlinksi play alot through injury to help wigan

Lance Hohaia once out a huge shot on him, but it was more timing than anything.

No, it was all propaganda. Like the stories they used to put out about him playing for nothing, then investing in increasingly nice houses and cars paid for by his swollen love for the club no doubt.

Briscoe at Kr always gets a pasting and gets straight up again.

From another angle what about Lee Briers and Tawera Nikau in 2001 standing up and doing the business for us after losing close relatives.

Probably add James Roby to the list if the saints board is anything to go by. I didn't see it for obvious reasons, but sounds a bad one. Luke Burgess deserves a mention after that photograph of his broken jaw.

James Roby played about 50 minutes with one of the worst facial injuries I've seen on a rugby pitch. Hard as nails that lad.

Hope he's not too bad. Can't believe he would be allowed to play on though, what are the medical staff on?
