It aint upper tier is closed. The resvered tickets are middle tier running along the line. Unresvered behind one set of sticks. With 3 ends of the lower tier being unresvered.

RFL tickets site has all unresvered seating areas sold out as well and as a number of resvered sections.

Shame that the fans wont stay for all matches. So it looks like a good turn out.

Tried to buy tickets from the RFL ticket site last night.

Showed available tickets in reserved seating M12, but locked up for over 1 hr on the order processing page. Tried this a couple of times, same result.

Rang RFL MM hotline this morning, only open Mon-Fri 9-5, recorded message suggests using Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster offering reserved LOWER TIER (west side) seats for £37.50 for Saturday !

Will ring RFL again on Mon, otherwise what's the chance of tickets on the day?

I'll be mighty p*ssed off if I have to watch this on the TV when at least a quarter of the ground will be empty.

As stockport wire, my mate has told me he has 6 day tickets for the saturday, i understand that they are middle tier, so it will be reserved seating. As above, my mate doesnt want to recover the full cost, but a few quid a ticket would be appriciated, pm me if interested, sounds like a few of my other mates have let him down.
