The risk is signing a 32 year old who has had previous injury problems, and at the moment is again sidelined.



I'm quite happy with Amos Roberts, who was the standout player THIS season until he hit his knee on the post in a tackle.

So Amos is out injured too with an injury,what's your problem.

Both out injured, whether its a dead leg or hitting a post it can happen to ANY player!

Well Wigan obviously got the better of that deal didn't they. You have now had to sign a 32 year old injury prone overseas player to take Mathers place.

Why were Huddersfield only prepared to give give Hodgson one more year?

If you have you may well be in trouble. Transfers do not count on the salary cap. Since Gleeson came to Wigan we have won more games than Wire thanks.

Pryce was a risk, yes but a low cost English risk, again time will tell.
