There is no such thing as good buffet for Chinese food by which it's very nature means that it should be served freshly cooked.

There isn't pal, take it from me. Good indian (Spice Lounge) and Thai (Thai Paragon).

Its not a Chinese but Cafe Caruso near the market has the best ribs I have ever tasted they do take out aswell.

If that is your bag, try the Tamarind Table, bemusingly it was formerly Times Square pub, but the food is the best I have ever tasted, better than anything I have had in Manchester.

Don't know any names but there's one in Frodsham i think that has fish swimming around the edge of the inside and there's a nice one on the East Lancs on the right as you go to St.Helens.

Chinese Delight in Frodsha was great. Now, distinctly average.
