I like the sound of Reardon's possible replacement in the squad. He's already at the club, but isn't in the first team squad yet

Good riddance to bad rubbish, I was dismayed when my mate texted me last year that he'd beeen arrested yet still given a new contract. That put a real dampener on my holiday. I've been hoping that we'd sack him ever since, as he's a liability on and off the field.

I know Mathers isn't everyone's cup of tea but I think he'll do a good job for us as Smith got the best out of him at Leeds so I don't see why he can't help the lad recapture his form at the Wire. We've badly needed a full back for a while and now Hicks and Riley can both be used on the wing, where we can get the best out of them.

Hopefully the freed money from the salary cap will go towards a new centre to replace Big Gleese, but in any case I'm glad to see Smith clearing out the rubbish.

Sadly he was convicted before joining Warrington.

Kevin Penny needs to be shipped out on-loan to someone to enable him to gain some experience and re-build his shattered confidence, he`s not going to gain any of this being thrown in to the first team, then dropped for weeks on end, every time he has a bad game. On the flip-side, Warrington cant afford to keep him in the first team, regardless of mistakes, brain-f@rts etc, constant game time is what he needs to enable him to develop as a player, when he has developed.... Bring him back and reap the rewards. A loan period will be invaluable to us, but more importantly, "to Kevin Penny himself"!!!
