Why wasn't Gimlour penalised when Bentham clearly stated, three times, that Gilmour had retaliated to Lee Smith (when, in fact, Gilmour looked like he was using Smudge's head and face as a bowling bowl)? Couldn't work it out, myself. Has that rule changed lately?

Whilst last night was an entertaining watch, the coverage on Sky once more showed why, time after time, we are constantly let down by our national team.

....Usual Sky rubbish was being churned out about how World-class he is, and how if he had produced that in Australia we would have become World champions....Can't these fools realise that the reason he doesn't do it at the highest level is simple, its because Super League isn't the 'World-class' competition these guys build it up to be....its like football pundits saying Kevin Phillips is world class because he bangs in goals at Championship level.

Watch the Pryce try again....tacklers falling off, it was an absolute walk in...At top class level he'd have been hammered to the ground instantly, and Eddie and Stevo would be wondering where the Super League version of Pryce has disappeared to..

Rauhihi - Been better this last season and a bit but not the so called world class prop from the NRL by any stretch.

Chris Flannery - Featured in the so called toughest contest in the SOO and yet (bar last night) has been average at best and IMHO is no better than Paul Clough.

Entertainment value is all well and good, but our bestest westest super dooper stars in this country fall a good way short of 'top class'.

If you threw them in the NRL where do you think they'd finish in the regular table. I think either Saints or Leeds would be as good as 5th or 6th which is pretty bloody good.
