have to agree with the opposing fans who've posted on here. in 30 years of watching wire i've never been so ashamed to be a wire fan.
other fans all have their moments but personally i felt DAMN ASHAMED when a sizable number of fans booed at half time. After the
best season i've ever seen, i'm left with a bitter taste in my mouth, and one which i never thought i'd get from wire fans after following them.

I watched the game tonight and just wanted to say I disagree with the title of the thread.

In respect of the wire players I thought they gave everything and after the Leroy Cudjoe try at the end one of the wire players actually tapped him on the head to say well done. This does not smack of arrogance to me

The fans must have been very disappointed. It seems like there was a bit of scar tissue from last week and to be fair Huddersfield played very well in the first half, but for any fan that goes to a game with high hopes and sees your team collapse like that it must be soul destroying and you cant blame them for feeling disappointed. In hindsight it was too much to boo after the fantastic season you guys have had, but I am sure those that did it will feel a little disappointed when they look at it in the cold light of day.

Anyway it was a great game of rugby tonight and both sides contributed greatly and have been a credit to the competition. I am looking forward to next week to hopefully see another couple of great games. I already have my ticket for OT and looking forward to it (even if saints dont get there). We should all be proud of our game and the great spectacle that is put to the sky viewers throughout the season.

the boo'ing was spur of the moment anger at how we looked so disinterested in the game, however the fans leaving at the end was a disgrace as they seemed to have forgotten the past 8 months where warrington have given us the best season for a long time! they should have been given the send off that they deserved no matter what the result was tonight.

Ive nothing against the wolves player but some (not all) are the most arrogant fans ive ever seen!

Won 2 cups in about 40yrs and think they are the dogs bollox.

The more time goes on, the more pathetic people on this forum are getting, not critising mods (all boards) but people need to realise the difference between banter and just plain idiocy and start dishing out some warnings.

We lost tonight, we have had a great season and it's a pity it's over. Lets regroup get ready for next season and look forward to getting our arris handed to us by the Aussies.
