| Myler for me, just ahead of Grix and King. Bridge was outstanding in the second half too.

| myler and grix were equal best, they did very very very well today.
That bust and offload to bridge from grix was sculthorpe-esque.
I couldn't believe bert was left on the field in the first half, he got ed up goodstyle and spent at least ten minutes just following play and not touching the ball.

| Grix for me. Commanding performance from whom some fans would call 'a bit part player'. Don't like to harp back to last week, but I'm a 100% sure we would of given a better account of ourselves against Wigan if we had Grix at 6. He was fantastic, the utility him and Bridge (to be fair) is very important to us.
I'm glad for Myler as at times he genuinely reminded me of Briers, picking out players with passes and creating space for our back line. I've seen a good enough improvement from him over the last 12 months, he is playing really well and deserved a try for his efforts.

| Bit churlish not to give MoM to a player who has scored four tires, however Grix does deserve consideration as well.
On the negative side, what is going on with Benny Westwood at the minute?

It seems no one can be the best for all 27 rounds. Brett had a bad week after leading the MOM table on here.
Benny works very hard every week and he will work even harder to regain form lost. I do hope he isn't carrying something (mental or physical), as I have never seen him be so off for two weeks in a row.
Still have faith though.

| Was good that Westwood could have rest in the second half. McCarthy did well has his replacement.
At this stage of the season, maybe it hasn't been the best approach to try and squeeze 80 minutes every week out Benny?

| A few names in the frame- Myler, Grix, Atkins, Hodgson, Michael Monaghan and the list goes on... That's what impresses me this year, it's not a 1 or 2 man show: it's a team effor! Week on week we can't pick a clear man of the match because some many players are playing oustandingly! I went for Myler for this M.O.M though, in the end...

Bit unfair he was everywhere against Saints and played well against Cas. Since then however i can't comment as i have only been able make the Cup game.

| Grix for me, fantastic yesterday didnt do anythingw rong at all. As many others have said 6 in place of Briers when needed.
Westwood is prbably knackered, been running round like a lunatic hitting anything and everything that moved for weeks. Still great on Saturday just low on his own high standards.
Come on the Wire

| kinda weird, though maybe it was the opposition, bridge looked, ok/better if you will when playing 13 and grix better than him at 6.
dont think i'd like it too much in general though, he's a backrower who can do a decent job.

Good that McCarthy got some game time - expect some more youngsters for the Wakefield game?

| Westwood mentioned on Twitter that he was unhappy with his game of late. Just low on form. Nobody can be on top forever, he'll be back.

When does someone stopped being classed as a youngster anymore, 23 isn't he?
Probably about time he started looking for a club who gives him regular rugby.
