| Sinfield is turd at 6, simple. He's a 13, either drop him or Lockers. We are trying to fit our best players all on the pitch at the same time, even though the 2 mentioned here play the same position. If anything I think Lockers is a better 6 than Sinfield and Sinfield for me offers more in attack as a 13 than O'Loughlin. I'd play Sinfield at 13 with Lomax at 6, Lockers to bench and JTomkins out altogether, useless penalty machine!
4 nations Widdop and Brough to come in at 6&7.

Just because STomkins is Wigan's only form of attack, does not make him a better fullback.
Now stop trolling.

Shame there is no 'Failed to pass when faced with clear overlap' Stat.

I was comparing Sam Tomkins and Hodgsons defence, which WersYourMylerGone stated that Hodgsons was better, and clearly it isn't.

| I'd back Tomkins in a 1 on 1 tackle situation over Hodgson, but Brett's positioning and organisational skills of the defensive line are much better. In all fairness though, Sam isn't at fullback for defensive reasons, and BH didn't win MOS 2 years ago for his try savers did he?

| The only reason Brett has so many missed tackles, is that his assists box is full and they have spilt over into a different stat.

| Only in RL would England fans want their team to get beaten.
I want to win, I want a good performance.
Yes, I agree that the team has its weak points but come on, supporting the Exiles, whats all that about? Its OK if you are from Down Under but otherwise a bit daft.

I'd have to agree, I would love to see Puletua at Wire although I think Peacock has done well to get back from a very serious injury, his best days are behind him.

I think Peacock is similar to the Sinfield inclusion at the moment. Both of them have only been included because of who they are, rather than their form and quality at the moment.

Don't the stats also say Charnley is better than Monaghan? IMO im think Hodgson is better in defence because his organisation and positioning is superb. Majority of the time he will catch the ball on the full and is secure under the high ball. Regarding 1 v 1's Both of them would get ran over by most players so is not worth debate.

No they don't, but the fact that Sam Tomkins has missed less than 50% of the tackles that Hodgson has, despite Sam Making more tackles would suggest that Sam is the better defender.
Wigan have conceded only 14 points more than Warrington so Hodgson can't be organising his defence that much better can he?

Cas would have to score 40 points+ at Wigan to make it 3 points a game defensive difference between Wire and Wigan, and even that would hardly indicate that Hodgson was a FAR better defensive organises than Sam would it. Or Sam could miss 14 tackles in the game, which is also highly unlikely.
btw nowhere have I said that Sam is a better fullback than Hodgson, just that he is the better defender. They are both different but very good players.

Peacock was well off the pace when we played them and Sinfield had the worst game I've ever seen him play against Saints last week.

| Peacock's only had a few games back after a very serious injury and it will take more time for him to get back up to speed. There's no way he's been picked on form.
As for Tomkins being better than Hodgson defensively, let's just say I would expect a lot of high bombs to be heading Sam's way on Friday.

And it matters because?
Remind me where you MOS is from and if i'm right you used to buy up the league in the 80's
The fact is at the end of the day they play for Warrington and i'm not too fussed where they are from as long as they put the shirt on give 100%.
I'm still trying to figure out where this opinion comes from that says they must come from the academy?
Professional sport is about winning and using any advantage you have, that includes money.
