Ive been watching theWire now since the very early 1980's, but all my treasured moments are fairly recent.

Beating the Pie people in the 2009 semi.
Beating Saints at the semi play off in 2012 after they had beaten us at the HJ a few weeks before.
The atmosphere for the League game at the Piedome in 2010, we had the place rocking it was wonderful.
And do you know what...... the last 25 minutes of Thursdays game at Salford will stay with me for many years.

Quite a few of mine already mentioned.

My first game, which was against Halifax in 1993 the floodlights went off and we were cold but I got hooked on Rugby League.
1997 - Warrington Wolves 35 Wigan Warriors 24, Vagana and Lee Penny's tries standing out. Cullen and Alex Murphy getting a win from nowhere, when our start to the season had been awful.
2009 - CC Quarter Final at Hull KR, that was absolutely nerve wracking I don't know how we did it.
2009 - CC Semi vs Wigan, the King hat trick and the final try from Hicks really sticks with me.
Brent Grose try from the in goal at Widnes, and his try vs Wakefield at home.

beating Saints on their own ground to get to the Grand Final was a special night!
The Lancashire cup semi final v Widnes...under the lights at a packed out Wilderspool was a special night.

Beating Oldham at central park to get to Wembley was a great occasion...I was working in the Mulberry Tree in Stockton Heath afterwards..what a nigh!t....literally dancing on the tables and singing all night...quality!

Yes that's who I meant, it's because Newlove being sent off was in my head.

That away end atmosphere at Knowsley Road in the Regal trophy was easily the best atmosphere I've been a part of.

The 2009 CC cup experience was the best for me.

The Darren Burns 'ave it' moment when we realised we wouldn't get relegated.

Going top of the league in the last fixture of the season against Sheffield and the relentless chanting.

Some awesome memories here..

One fave of mine was the home game with Bradford who were on fire at the time, Van De Velde had to go back to Australia, Langer had just had to retire through injury and the squad was decimated with other injuries, Paul Darbyshire had to take over as coach temporarily.. Add to this it was bucketing down with rain...
But we were fantastic Mark Gleeson was a machine in defence..
That last minute try to seal it (can't remember who it's bugging me) sent the Fletcher end beserk...

Think the only one of mine missing is the play off semi at Saints in 2012. Beating the hoodoo a year earlier was excellent as well, and giving Leeds a hammering in the camouflage kit.

I remember (vaguely) Tonga vs New Zealand at Wildersppol when we all became Tongans for the night.......or was it Samoa?

That was in a howling blizzard, match abandoned after about 10-15 minutes?

Never got my money back for that game, robbing Saints!

I vaguely remember that, didn't we get a 'free' ticket for the rematch?

Two recent ones I was there for:

- Ruining Saints' party at the end of 2014 and the crowd reaction to the LLS being carted off.

- Last game of last season after all the disallowed tries, when Penny finally got awarded the try. Roy's conversion landed right in my breadbasket. It was my last game before moving abroad, so more of a personal 'magic moment'.

Some sort of convoluted voucher system to get another ticket if you went back to KR but a lot of people didn't get a cash refund.

Matt Kings try against Hull where Michael Monaghan collected the restart, passed to Penny on the wing who took off before feeding King on his inside. One of my all time favourite trys.

I watched the Shield going back into the box from a bar in Fueraventura I think there was me and my Mrs and one other couple who were Wire fans there.. The rest were mainly Saints and Wigan fans with the Wigan fans cheering on Saints ( fierce Derby my ass) ... Anyway when we took them apart that was sweet... The petulant reaction of the Saints fans and the chairman a few days later was even sweeter ..

I grabbed a handful of the vouchers they were giving out, wrote to saints saying that my family couldn't attend the rearranged match and got more than my money back

I missed that then, it was chaotic on the way out if I remember rightly, not helped by the blizzard.
