To be fair to Crosby, he was a first choice grand final winning prop when we signed him. What he has been through I would not wish on my worst enemy. So to expect him to be the same player now is pretty unfair. Although Leeds must've known this when giving him a 3 year contract!!

The obstruction rule is simply woeful. Ruins the sport. Should only be obstruction if a player has been clearly prevented from making a tackle that would have more than likely prevented a try.

That Catalan game was the worst Refereed game I’ve ever watched, the level of coaching by the ref was unbelievable surely that needs to stop.As for that disallowed try it left me scratching my head.

Am I the only one who thought there was something dodgy about the tackle that led to the dislocated shoulder? It seemed like the arm was rotated against the joint. It may be it is an inevitable development of trying to prevent the ball being grounded but I’m not sure it should be allowed (awaits “snowflake “ accusation).

Everyone goes mad about the cannonballing of knee joints and rightly so, but what’s the deal with a tackler repeatedly punching the ball carriers’ forearm in a tackle? This happens a lot and never seems to get any penalties. How long til someone gets a broken arm?

And no, I’m not a snowflake. It’s not even the ball-carrying arm which makes it even stranger.
