I had a sneaky look today from the North West Corner looking directly at the SE Corner. The SE corner looks really good.

Shame about that manky 'Wolves' thing, would look mint otherwise.

In the very top corners of the seating expansion it looks like there's a restricted view (ie, seats where you can only see a wall). Anyone else reckon?

Are we having our own screen? or will it just be the sky one?

That looks like a work of art compared to the WIGAN shoddily written across our Boston Stand. Makes me cringe every time. Looking forward to visiting the HJ this year. I'm a big fan of corners being filled in in stadiums. The boost to the atmosphere is incredible.

Looks great. One minor issue is that the yellow seats in the corner seem to be a difference shade than the yellow ones in the original stands.

I would think this was from weathering?

Hows the SE/Rodney corner doing? All the pictures appear to be of the "pretty" NE corner and I havn't had chance to go around the other side for a little while.

Looking good the corners but a little gutted you can no longer see in the ground when you drive past on Winwick Road. Damn that expansion

Anyone remember them saying something about having a timeline in the North Stand concourse?/Anyone know what's happening with that?

I see what you mean. That picture is very deceiving, as it makes the terrace appear really low. The below picture is a bit better.
Remember, people will be standing, so even though the stand appears a little lower, they'll be able to see of the top of the wall when they're stood up. (Obviously children and "little people" will choose to stand somewhere else!)

The picture above makes it appear that the only major bit left is the cladding. The stanchions appear to have been removed (I think another picture shows the ones behind the cameraman have gone as well). Can't be much left on surface-level other than the cladding and painting the walkways yellow.

Got two weeks tomorrow to finish it (although I guess the London game won't exactly be testing capacity), so a month latest.

Corner fuly cladding apart from very top bit. Brickwork looks weeks away but I'm sure I saw a bus load of Poles pull up.
Checked out my seats this morning. Very happy

Brickwork is a couple of dry days away from completion and then internal doorways etc can be fitted.

The new corner will be a gd spot for the drums/proper fans who sing cos all stands will be able to see the drums and be able to sing along!
