On Hiku, a mixed bag really. Nearly scored in the corner, but lost the ball on contact. Seems to have a good step and I think he will be a threat. Certainly better than anything I've seen there so far this year.was rather amusing to see him move to full back after the crusher tackle on Dagger!!

Having been there, I'd say it was a fair summary. What he doesn't mention is how toothless we look with the ball.

Absolutely, none of this is new, it seems to be a problem that can't be fixed - otherwise after 20 games and countless hours on a training field, it would have been fixed already?

They aren't good enough, I agree. But this goes deeper than that. There is no attacking structure, no one running attaching lines for the halfs to hit, no dummy runners, the structure isn't there for them to flourish. Brown had been ripped to pieces here, but he isn't a bad player - Wayne Bennett has selected him, and he has been successful at Widnes.

BUT, he is such s bad fit for this side it's unreal. He plays to a system, we don't have a system.

I can only assume that the club ,as a business, are happy to see what we assume is their main source of income,the team, be systematically dismantled before our very eyes.
Perhaps the HJ will look excellent converted into luxury apartments & with a central lawn for residents to exercise their pampered pooches or maybe even to use as space for allotments. The remnants of the playing staff could merge with Crosfield's or Latchford while Tony & Rich become advisers at the dole office & part time squash champions.

I have to say that was definitely the 'weakest' Warrington performance I have seen at BV in the last decade. It was surprising how little energy they had or urgency.
I don't think we were too hot but easily did enough to win.

I hope things pick up for you guys as the Wire supporters are definitely some of the best in the

The most irritating thing for me. listening to Radio Leeds, was how obvious the deficiencies are to everybody. The commentators were harping on about how good the team/squad is on paper but that they looked clueless. CLUELESS the man said. What the golly gosh do they golly practice in training. They also made reference to the 'lifespan' of a coach and the fact that in their view TS is a good coach but perhaps the players have grown bored of his team talks / methods and are just not listening anymore.

Wrong assumption. What would be pointless would be appointing 'just anyone ' as coach to enable sacking TS now. I have it on good authority that the club has approached at least one very successful NRL coach who, not surprisingly, turned them down. I agree that the TS era is over, but we need the right man if we are to turn it around, and we haven't found him yet.

That sounds about right. We need a good coach & not a "panic buy". We don't want to make the mistake we did with replacing " Golden Brown" with Kevin Brown.

Leeds showed last year that one player can make all the difference between top 4 and bottom 4.
They missed a hooker and when they got one it all changed round.
Just like Warrington they were full of good players they just couldn't get them going.
Not sure what's up with Declan Parton as I thought he was going to be the guy but a good scrum half would make all the difference to you imho.
Gidley and Ratchford are too much like full backs playing out of position. Great players but they need help.
Your strike players often broke us but that link to the next phase just wasn't there.

Hope you sort it out. I've enjoyed seeing Warrington break the hold of the supposed big teams.

The backs are lambs to slaughter behind a beaten pack.

Clueless doesn't even begin to describe the ineptitude of yesterday's 'performance', throw in spineless and gutless. Wakefield deserved their win, our problem is that they didn't particularly have to play out of their skins to get the points.

All round a pathetic display no positives

Championship beckons. Wow. Thats quite a fall from grace.

A pack containing Hill, Clark, Westerman, Cooper, Savelio etc. shouldn't be getting bullied, thrown off their game, intimidated, overran and reduced to a nervous wreck by some of the teams we've faced, and lost to.

This isn't a we are too good to go down post. No one is.

This is the oldest truism in sport. A team that wants it more, who have a desire, focussed anger, motivation and a collective bond of spirit almost always overcomes those who think the world owes them a living, a trophy and glory. So it has proved.

I'm sick of saying that this team, perhaps this club, is mentally weak and not prepared or able to dig in at the trenches, but with every week it becomes more apparent.

But the team has no direction ,no team cohesion & is haemorrhaging points by the bucket full . There is obviously a toxic presence in the club ,whether players or coaching staff,& holding onto the poison longer than necessary could do the club more harm than good. If the club have no remedy in their sights for this matter then they need to be honest with the fans before the begging bowl is out for season ticket sales.
