Do you think Clarke would have been complaining about Edddie and Stevo discussing the Clarke rumours if Clarke was going to Wigan? He'd probably have been going on about the attraction of going to a bigger club. (No disrespect to Cas.)

I agree Uncle. Atkins offers us something else. We have great wingers, but neither of them have what you would call genuine pace. Atkins has been good of late, and has been playing with real aggression. He took the ball in like a forward on Sunday, and he tackled like one too. |

Atkins has seemingly turned a bit of a corner lately after a disastrous spell earlier in the season. But if were being honest he has been below par for a few seasons.
Shenton on the other hand had a rough time at saints, but since his return to cas he has easily out performed Atkins. Shenton looks like a classy centre at times,with a real understanding of the position. This season he has been one of the top in super league. Atkins on the other hand always strikes me as someone that doesn't really get it.
Personally, I would have Shenton over Atkins every day of the week.
