It will amount to nothing. When he can't get an ambulance chasing firm interested and a real lawyer advices him of the costs of taking a civil litigation right through to court against the deeper pockets of WWRLFC balanced against the chances of success, he'll think again.
Interesting to know if its breach of contract or some sort of failure of duty of care in some way relating to his injury. |

The player is too good to be clubless, if we don't sign him then someone else will.
We must have a bit of spare cap left after recent weeks events (however Saints won't let him go)
Not sure what line to take on this. People do bad things they should not be held against them forever, they need to make a living

I have to say i now feel a little bit sorry for Reardon. Obviously he did something that was unacceptable and cannot be condoned (not sure of the severity of the crime) but finding out that your wife is sleeping with another person would not be an easy thing to find out. One moment of madness not related to rugby and his career is seriously threatened.
And there is no punishment for having an affair despite promising in a church in front of many people that you will stay together no matter what happens.
Doesn't seem entirely fair to me.
