I have never seen a hb make so little space look so big. He gets so close to the line and hardly ever gets touched. It's incredible.

Been thinking long and hard over the past few days about what Cat posted & I do think he is right. If we can keep Chrissy fit for most of the season and then prevent any interest from the NRL. Then I think Sandow will orchestrate a power shift to Warrington.

He really is that good.

I am sure that none of of his team mates know what Sandow is going to do on occasions, or even that he knows. That first try against Cas was worth the season ticket money on its own.

He has 2 rare abilities that make him stand out i think... he has explosive power and amazing creativity.. i think that's what making him so hard to defend against.

If you stand off him, he will bring runners in and orchestrate holes for them.... If you rush him, he will step you and shoot off through the gap..... put him near to opponents line and they have to worry about him kicking it into a wingers hands as well.

He is literally causing mayhem.... The widnes fan in this thread thought they played him well... well we scored 28 unanswered points and he scored one try and had a hand in all the others.

I think he is probably the most dangerous HB ive ever seen play for us in all honesty.

Also, i think his best games are yet to come... he is just getting warmed up. I cant wait for the the pitches all dry up and we get into 'summer rugby'.

i might even have to get a new deckchair

Whether or not we win anything this season, it's just nice to see some creativity and unpredictability.

I've had several nightmares over the last few weeks in which he gets injured. Wake up screaming and crying every time.

he is the best player in the league.. big loss, but we have a decent side.... send him back to oz for a few weeks, get him fit, bring him back and its happy days.

Sandow and gidley are the difference between us and the rest of the league. Absolute class, the pair of them. It helps when they are backed up by the desire and enthusiasm of everyone else though. Forwards in particular to a man have been brilliant so far.

personally i think he's ok but he wanted to let someone else win April's player of the month.

Without Sandow i feel we are doomed i hope he isnt out for a long time and it will show if he is. He is an amazing player, he made two trys tonight and will be a huge blow, saints and giants next and thats only two! We will miss him too much i feel what you say?? Could make or break our season this!

We've not seen how we will play without him yet.

Patton will get a run now which will be good for him - let's look for the positive. Hopefully he'll only be out for a month or so and in the mean time Dec can get some good game time. Wigan only came back in it as we tired, we have plenty of players able to make us play

Will we miss him? - Absolutely, can we turn Saints, Fartown & Widnes over without him? Absolutely.

We know we can play without Sandow, 12 nil up when he left the field the score at the end shows that but he gives the team a lift and confidence in attack. Glad it's only saints and hudds next 2 weeks. I'm confident we can win both even without Sandow. Gidley needs to stay fit though.

def a big miss but to say we are doomed without him is ridiculous, lot of players have stepped up this year we are far from a 1 player team in my opinion...
