He has been injured from January to June, that is a hell of a long time especially for a player of his age and size. As Stevo said on Back Chat the other day, it takes a long time for a player to get fit after a spell off. Give him time, I think he still has some good football left in him!

Sol is a handfull everytime he's near the ball, just remember Gaz Carvell's timing was off at the start of the year and some people on here were offering him away like he was finished. Look at him now, comp's best front rower. This is Dave's warm up game, per season and big game shot, he's doing a job for me, I'm sure Tony is glad with his progress and he has selected his games and minutes wisely to factor this in.

The sad fact about this thread is that it started out as a positive one, praising a top performance by a new signing, an exciting prospect who will only surely get better for us.

Ratchford's all round play was excellent and has generally been to a high standard all season, especially running with ball in hand. I also thought Myler played well yesterday and it was great to see Grix back. I can't think of too many negatives after the first half team performance and sticking 50 on Bratfurd especially with a 'couple' of 'first choice 17 ers' out.

Well said that man. I am sick of a group of people who stand near me making comments all game such as x is lazy/let them score/couldn't be bothered tackling, the mind boggles.
