Warrington play with a lot of aggression against Wigan lately, and it's worked. I just hope the return of Hock and Fielden, we may be able to match that aggression this time? Hope so!

Anyone predicting a walkover by any team will be way off IMO.

Desperately want to win but it could go either way. If we lose, then it really will be a time to step up in the play offs as we'd then have two weekends off in August.

Whilst we have had some injuries this season, our structure hasn't really been THAT affected by them
Provided we steer relatively clear of injury, I see no reason why we can't go on to defend our CC, and then go on to have a successful play-off series.
Our defeats (bar Cardiff) have all been through our own downfall, poor attitude, resting players, bloody awful performance, and dare I say it (are you paying attention Worriers), our opposition playing well.

This squad (not side) are knocking on the door of greatness. Let's hope they deliver.

The reason it wasn't is because football full time scores were on, apparently.

It would have been nice to get a kind draw again, one of the mid table sides like Castleford, Hull or Saints. We've got the other of the big two but we've got home advantage, us (Speccies) need to make that count.

It's a mouthwatering tie, probably as excited i've been for a fixture since we met Wigan at Widnes in 2009 that hasn't involved a Wembley trip.

Hope it's an anticlimax, a crap game for the neutrals and we stonk them.

You'll be pleased to know that our injury list may now be getting shorter. Five players 'in with a shout' of returning for our match on Friday. That includes three of our five halfbacks. If they do return, and if they survive the match, that will be very encouraging. Another three are due back soon after (Flannery, TP and Scott Moore). Leon Pryce has had a scan on his injury today and if that is all clear then he could be playing soon as well.

In fact, it could be that we are a full team for the first time this season, just in time to play against Warrington. It could be fun!

Just like you we're injury ravaged. We've got Louis Anderson, Harrison, Myler, Ben Evans and loads of U16's missing too. Just how we're top of the league and dealing with a serious injury crisis like you guys is beyond me.
