Fair enough. Just telling it as I see it. I have gone from never missing a Super League game on TV to only watching ours plus the occasional other game. I found those two one-sided games fantastic to watch - two teams that are playing rugby out of this world.

I'm currently watching the Saints v Bradford GF from 2002 and the difference in speed or the ptb and even just movement in general play versus the game today is insane. I know its a different level of intensity but still, this was essentially a lesser play off game really in theory. The gulf in quality of spectacle is embarassing.

So easy to fix. Anyone on here could sort in 30 mins. Watching early SL highlights gets me so annoyed. It’s a disgrace it’s been allowed to come to this.

just abolish the salary cap, massively strengthen the GBP against the aussie dollar, make RL attractive to youngsters in the UK, make sky double their money and finally..... bring back the shoulder charge.

that should have been a penalty and ten minutes in the bin.... very different outcome in the game then.

Simply spend a month refereeing with an iron fist. Actually enforce the rules to the letter of the law. That would literally fix half of the sports entertainment issues.

As a Salford fan who regularly travels to away games I've worked out where to park to avoid post match travel chaos. I always park away from the ground and walk and I do the same at Salford. I assume you have 2 legs?

And yes Salford has a centre, it just happens to be miles from the ground so not sure what the relevance is to your whinge.

Thats the difference from last week, we had had Harrison spinning passes out left and runners, it was all one out today, you could have had meninga out there and it wouldn't have made a difference

The marquee rule is not the answer let's say we have 3 on 500k average why not just increase the capacity so that money can be used on the whole squad not just 3 players we've lost over 1m in quality from our squads since the cap was introduced

No, you have to referee permanently with an iron fist. We have done this dozens of times: start the season with a blitz of penalties for a certain offence, only for fans to moan that the game is being ruined and giving up after a month.

Also, if you're having a crackdown, coaches should be able to receive fines/bans for repetitive spoiling by their teams.

People with zero knowledge of rugby league would still be able to see that wrench is a better option at centre than matautia. I'm genuinely baffled that he is STILL being selected.

His ACL looked fine when he was scoring 2 against Hull on his first game back. Took him about 45 minutes after a 12 month lay off to score a third of Peanut’s total Wire tries (58 games).
