The whole reversal of Honda(Brawn) and Hamilton to Button shows that F1 is far from a sport. You cannot say the skill of the driver would radically change so its clear its all down to the cars (as it has been for a while).

Should watch that A1GP instead.

This is actually the most open F1 season so far, and we're only 3 races in. The fact that McLaren and Ferrari are struggling now, yet could still storm through once the diffusers are levelled up, means it's all going to be very exciting come November.

This is the first time in over 10 years that I've actually bothered to watch the first 3 races of a season, I'm usually bored of it by that point.

The fact all 3 races have meant early rises is even more surprising.

Idiot. Not going to discuss Briers - that's been done to death, so we know why some ignorant, bigoted people dislike him, but come on - Penny? At best, he is potentially one of the most exciting prospects in RL in ages, certainly from Warrington. At worst, he's an entertaining scorer of great tries who still has some to learn about the game but is a Warringtonian who is proud to play for his club. What's to hate?

Dislike him as a person, his arrogance and his cocky attitude, almost like the world owe's him a living, very much like Lewis Hamilton when you think about it.

Stop being an absolute idiot. Kevin Penny is one of the most un-assuming and polite people you could ever want to meet. Enthusiatic and confident yes but that's no problem for a professional sportsman.

Whereas you come across, in the way you post on here, as an arrogant, cocky, prat whom to be honest hasn't got a clue about the real world and lives out his fantasies in his bedroom in his mother's house.

Now no doubt if we did ever get to the stage of having a passing acquiantance with each other this description of you may prove un-fair but to be honest that ain't going to happen so I'm happy to apportion it as fair.

That is what I have thought when I have spoken to him. Seems very quiet and modest.

People seem to be confusing his enthusiasm and enjoyment on the pitch as 'cockiness' (whatever that means).

I've only met him a handful of times and was a little surprised just how shy & charming he was. At one of the forum things, Tetleys it was, he spoke well, he spoke passionately about his desire to do well, but he certainly didn't fit this 'coky get' stereotype. I've met him 'off duty' a couple of times when he's been socialising and he was exactly the same.

He expresses himself on the pitch and people have an issue with this. You look at the amount of knocks he's taken at Warrington & the amount of times he's been the escape goat etc, I think he's handled himself very well, and handled it very maturely with a desire to improve himself etc.

I love Penny's enthuasism and the way he really cares about his teammates. I'm not in the least bit concerned if he's cocky/arrogant or whatever if he delivers.
