I hope you all realise how much I spent bribing ISC to produce this kit.

| The only Warrington shirt I occassionally wear was bought in 1994 and has been washed a lot of times, mostly on 40 I assume as that's what I tend to go for, and is in good nick. So good I had it on yesterday in fact.
If you need a replica shirt that badly then get an Ellgren one off eBay. As a bonus the badge is miles better and there's less corporate sponsors so it doesn't look like a motor racing uniform. Winner.

well when you were wrong so many times it must have been boring for you,
never mind stick around and see if we get more complaints about the shirt when the season actually starts....

Bick, to be fair to Ian i don`t think the ones with the upside down Chester University logo have been affected so far, its probably just the other replica shirts that people have reported problems with both in quality and having issues washing them.
You have to be very delicate with rugby league tops in general as their not designed to be pulled around and to get heavily stained on muddy pitches, i have some old replica shirts that are still in great condition even after training in them in the mud etc. People don`t just wear replica shirts to matches, when they become a few years old people start to use them for training etc
A cold wash for a rugby league shirt, ive never heard anything like it ..... What about the parents that buy replica shirts for their kids, the kids that play junior RL will wear them at training as they want to be like their heroes, i`d like to see a cold wash bring out heavy mud stains from a wet and muddy training session.
From what other people have said i wouldn`t expect the ISC shirts to last much longer than the season itself where they stay in great condition.

You really ought to get yourself a girlfriend. Or at least a puncture repair kit for your old one. Anything to take your mind off a replica shirt that costs about 40 quid.

They were decent quality. Pity they went belly up and we were left with these jokers.
I have mentioned to the girls in the shop about the trash we've been offered for £45 this year and last and their response was 'we'll pass on your comments'. Fair enough I suppose as they
wouldn't be allowed to express their own opinion. The only way the club will listen is if nobody buys them. I love my club but I'm not stupid (enough) to be ripped off by them.

| I bought the Canterbury top we wore at Wembley in 2009 and the quality of it was horrendous. Figure hugging body with huge arms and neck so it looked ridiculous, and it was very cheaply made - printed badge and it got a couple of bobbles on it despite me only wearing it once.
I only bought it to get framed so I'm not too fussed, but there's no way in the world I'd buy rubbish like that on a regular basis.
I can't comment on the ISC stuff as I haven't bought any merchandise since that 2009 shirt.

I'm pretty sure he closed his sight this year, and only made the retro shirts as a one off.

| the ISC ones that Saints have got seem to be decent quality. Not washed mine yet though, but i'm sure that 30deg cant be classed as too hot to wash it in.

| The answer is quite simple, if the LABEL intstructs you to wash at a certain level, or rather it says NOt to wash at XYZ, you follow these instructions, then the Club HAVE to return the product to you or offer a refund, on the basis that the product sold is not compliant with the labelling.
They will in turn have to revert to ISC for a refund as the shirt supplier.
If the Club then becomes inundated with returns, one would assume there is a clause in the Purchase Contract allowing for refunds or recompense to be made.
Just read that last sentence back and remembered who we are dealing with here....
When I first saw the shirts, my first reaction was basically we are having the p... taken out of us.
Even my son said...'I'm not wearing that...that wouldn't be any good for a training top either'
Not that I have checked, but are these being sold as 'replica' kits ?
However, take it back and take no nonsense, the aggro I had trying to renew my sons season ticket verged on biblical proportions, not enhanced by the fact the the staff memebers were inacapable of being able to read, or even understamd what was written.......shocking

| So they knew there was a fault with the item before, or rather after they sold it to you... either way mate they have cocked up and you have every right to demand a refund or a replacement.
By telling you they have now started changing the washing instructions is admission they know that the original packaging was incorrect.
Something the Club should take up with their supplier, but it is not your fault they have supplied incorrectly labelled products.
If you have looked after the product in accordance with the MANUFACTURERS instructions, then you have total recourse for a refund replacement.
I have had a similar problem with a pair of walking boots that stopped being waterproof. They were washed/treated as per Manufacturers instructions. One phonecall, and all I had to do was return the boots, and within a week I received a brand new pair with a letter of apology.
Go back in and demand a refund, start making a fuss, YOU are in the right. That does not excuse the Club from selling incorrectly labelled products, they have a duty of care to ensure the products they sell are 'fit for purpose'.
Anyone remember the days when the Customer was always right.......

| simple answer to the kit problem is don't buy one ! The club will hopefully get the message that the kit is sub standard and not a replica of the playing kit and nowhere near good enough quality that the £45 price tag deserves, the shirt that is being sold should be marketed as leisure wear not a replica price should be £20 max due to market level quality ! sorry to any market trader whom this may upset as their quality is probably better !
