I've had 3 calls from Richie now. Each time he said exactly the same thing, and didn't answer back when I attempted to enage him in conversation. I can only conclude that he isn't the greatest salesman and shouldn't give up the day job. Ironically I bought mine weeks ago when the £10 ticket offer was first introduced, so no need for the hard-sell-call-centre type approach Mathers !!!

They must've kept my number on record from when I ordered Semi Final tickets from them last year. Odd that I haven't had one off them for this one, too.
