In that game Wigan attacked Mylers wing, Pat Richards scored three tries and Gareth Hock two.
Some tactics
James Graham average metres per carry 7.13, Adrian Morley average metres per carry 8.08.

Oh and Myler plays in the lesser team so has more chance to shine, he is the go to man.
This debate is settled by looking at other fans forums, forget what we think about our own players. Look at all the other boards, =redlook at the VT.'"

Is that a fact? Please direct me to any post that I have made that states that I am desperate for Myler to play for England because he is a Warrington player.
I'll give you as much time as you need. However, you won't find one.
Quote ="Odemwingie"Are you that blind that you can't see that it is only warrington fans who think he should be in the team and he is a better player?'"
Whatever they want to think, then it's up to them. I've already said that I will go with whatever team Smith picks because he is the coach and he has the experience. If it proves to be the wrong decision, then so be it.
Quote ="Odemwingie"I am right behind the team, I hope Myler does a great job but there is nothing wrong with discussing selection issues, IMO this is just one big cockup.'"
Nothing wrong with discussing selection issues at all. However, pardon me for cracking a wry smile when you said you hope Myler does a great job. No offence pal, but I don't believe that one bit.
It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the Wiganers want Myler to fail miserably just so that they can proclaim they were right all along and that Tomkins, a Wigan player, should have been in the squad originally.

I don't want Myler to fail at all he is playing for England, I wanted Tomkins to be selected as that was the right decision to make taking everything into account.
Everything else you say is utter gash, what other fans say is more important and a more valid opinion than what we say as we support the two players in question.
I hope Myler tears the French appart and gives me hope that we have a star for Englands future and a star to make Warrington a force which the fans deserve. Your opinion appears to be that Odemwingie is against RL.

Well only an idiot would say that, I havn't been on here properly for ages but this debate brought me to this board and it's been an interesting discussion, and thats all I am interested in (discussion).
Is it just me or are some of the Warrington fans on here more bothered about Odemwingie than discussing RL matters.
Thanks WireFanatic, it's been a good discussion, I would rather people debate than just throw petty comments at me. Cheers.

But Myler got the nod. It's been done, there's nothing that can be changed. The only way it will is if Myler has a crap game, hence my comment about Wigan fans probably wanting him to have one so that Tomkins will be picked.
The thing what gets me is that all the talk has been about Myler and Tomkins. There has been no mention of McGuire. He's not exactly set the world alight when he's played himself. You never know, he could have a crap game and it will be Sam and Richie lining up against the Aussies and the Kiwis.
Quote ="Odemwingie"Everything else you say is utter gash,'"
I disagree.

Well, to be honest, since everyone hates Warrington anyway, that can't be classed as a valid argument now, can it.

That's something I agree with. It would be the same with Tomkins. If he was playing, I would give him my full support because he is playing for England. However, I wouldn't need to agree with the next part because everyone has seen what a force he is at Wigan and how he's helped you guys, especially when Tim Smith got injured.
Quote ="Odemwingie"Your opinion appears to be that Odemwingie is against RL.'"
Not my opinion at all, and at no point in my discussion with you has that been said. I have enjoyed this discussion, and as you say, it's good to have a full on open discussion rather than throwing insults. Saying that though, your comment about everything I say being gash, I can't decide whether that was one or not.

| I just don`t see it with this England team, apart from having a very good pack we are still lacking in a lot of areas. We need a strong minded half back that can boss a game, someone who isn`t affraid to bark out the orders. Ive no idea who that player is but i didn`t see anythinglike it tonight or against Wales.
Our hookers look ordinary as well in comparison with what we will be coming up against soon, has this GB/England team really improved that much in the last 15 years ? I would say a big NO to that, the pack is fine which has improved beyond all recognition but we lack 2 high class half backs and a high class hooker, apart from Sinfield in spells tonight i see no organiser, someone who can take the game by the scruff of the neck and take it to the opposition.

Pretty much agree, although Sinfield just does't cut at at this level. He goes missing far too much and very rarely takes on the line.
There is no class whatsoever in the backs, the only spark comes from Eastmond who is ideal to play an impact type role. The problem is, he isn't good enough to control a team yet as he has barely been given the chance to do it at Saints.

I fully agree with your point about a lack of class in this current England team, look how many points the aussies and the kiwis have scored over the years by having a class full back that supports the line, i don`t see that option with any of the current english full backs.
Eastmond is an exciting player who i rate highly, everytime he runs the ball he either looks like breaking a tackle by ducking low (Jason Robinson style) or you just feel that something is going to happen, with his first real touch of the ball tonight in some quality space he set up that try for Briscoe with a superbly weighted kick, it was great vision. Where was that similar vision from our starting half backs tonight ?
Class players create a lot of their own space as they make players stand off them as the opposition don`t want to commit themselves incase they get side stepped by quality and pace, you don`t get that feeling with many players in this england team playing in the pivots.
Personally i think Eastmond has to be involved from the start somehow, i would play him at left centre ahead of Shenton as Eastmond looked dangerous in that position for saints.
The halfbacks are a real problem though, even Danny Brough would have offered us a lot more from 7 as he can organise and isn`t affraid to bark out the orders, he has a fairly decent kicking game too. I`m still amazed that Rob Burrow was left out, sky said he was simply left out and wasn`t injured.
