It's not perfect, and there's lots to improve upon, but it's getting better. That first half was the best we've played all season imo.

I said after watching Toulouse last night, they are just another version of us. Absolutely zero ability to see out a game from a winning position.

Next Thursday will be pretty nerve-shredding. We should win. But I won't be backing us. In fact I'll be having a small wager on Toulouse to soften the blow if disaster does strike.

If Williams turns up and the young lads keep their nerve and perform, then we should have enough.

As a Leeds fan i know all about that of course in recent years, but finally we seem to have found the right man in Smith to move the club forward, I’m absolutely dumbfounded as to why any wire fan would think the same of DP?

We will not get relegated as we are just as bad as Toulouse, but no worse. We're lucky we won a few at the start of the season before all of our rotten apples caused us so many problems.

Leeds did see that Powell wasn't going to take them further when they moves him upstairs and bought Tony Smith in. So in that regard they saw it coming and moved him aside.

Yes we showed some endeavour.
Yes some ref decisions didn't go our way.
But
Trying to make out that, don't worry, Powell has sorted everything out and we are in for a golden era for Warrington is, in my mind, and based on almost a season long experience, is totally delusional.
The team shows all the evidence of being poorly coached, badly prepared and going backwards not forwards.

Think I saw Mulhern more this evening than any other game this season. I think that’s a plus point.

Thewlis didn’t look the player we have been hoping for.

We all support Warrington, we all want them to succeed and NONE of us will be listened to by the club, so whatever arguments are put forward on here, whatever personal insults are thrown about under the banner of reasoned debate, it all matters not one jot.

Being a Warrington fan is emotive at the best of times, and a bloody nightmare for the past 10 months. I want Powell gone, as do lots of others on here, and some are happy to have him around......and still the world spins round and we all have to get on with it.

Remember, opinions are like s - everyone has got one and most of them stink apart from our own.
