Let it go RD if Bridge had anything about him at 6 he could perform with who ever his partner was, sorry but he is not our problem solver to the current crises we absolutely desperate for a kicking half who can direct the team around the park , last night we had tons of ball and field position and was totally clueless in the final quarter , if TS believes our problem last night was the Danny Brough show he really needs to get his head out the sand and admit he as ed up with the half back situation

If bridge is one of our top two players then we're heading to the championship. He's been worse than appalling in his appearances this season no-one else but himself is to blame for that.

Only positive about Bridge is that his contract is up at the end of the season and he can inspire some other side with his woeful half back play

I'm trying to be positive about this situation.
We don't have any other choice.
We clearly arnt going down a Doc Marwan route here and buying ourselves out of it.

The backs we have, are what we will have to make the best of...

I love Wire, I want Wire to be the best we can be.
I'm not saying to win every game but to compete.
Any other hb combination we have had in these last two seasons have been near pathetic other than R&B.

Many of you quite rightly don't agree with me because of the poor standard set be Bridge this season. I find it increasingly hard to convince myself too. Yet frustratingly, he does have that quality standard in him and has returned from a big injury and clearly is still not match fit.

It's all we have left (until I begin the rumour threads in summer) put them together and get a winning formula again.

Bridge, at talented as he may be, was completely uninterested on Friday night. Watching Warrington for 25+ years you see your fair share of average performances, and I can handle that. But such a blatant lack of effort is frustrating.

Sometimes it comes down to "will or skill" Can they do something but don't, or can they simply not do it. To me, Bridge is lacking the will.

It's possible he is not interested, I was not at the game, but I think the problem is simply down to fitness. I think his injury (and recovery) mean that he can play but not train. So if he plays, then he doesn't get any fitter as he is unable to improve his fitness levels during the week. I think you will find that now Wheeler and Myler are fit again, Bridge will be dropped for two to three weeks such that he can get some full training sessions in, and return to full fitness.

Anyway, that is my guess, and I think the same has also been true for Harrison - but we have had enough cover for him to allow him to regain his fitness.

SMITH should no who his half backs are, it`s quite important in rugby league. Maybe he should ask Agar as he did so well in the past.

Ratchford and Bridge have never been beaten as a hb pairing.
This time last year we couldn't buy a win.
Chance paired them together and our season was completely upturned.

That is for sure whether we would have won tonight or not with them we will never know.

while i admire your persistence in your theory, the reality is it ISNT the HB pairing of bridge and ratchford that is causing the issues here.

Bridge is either totally shot or he isnt trying... either way, he isnt a 6 in a million years.
