I'm gobsmacked that people would like to see Riley brought into full back. We're about to enter the most critical period of our entire season.

If Riley comes back then its on the wing, and absolutely nowhere near a position that is so pivotal. Bridge looked lethal linking up from full back and personally I'd leave him there for now. It's not as though he doesn't get to touch the ball is it? He'll have room to roam and he's so tough to tackle.

Yes, full back seems an adequate position to do this.

I'd be very surprised if Riley plays. My guess would be Bridge at full back with Williams and Monaghan on the wings - Atkins and King partnership may need to broken up (that would be the only reason to put Riley at full back, i.e. not to break up our left side).

Start Harrison in Westwood's place.

Still almost certain Riles at FB for me, between Tyke and Mitch for last bench spot. I'd personally pick Tyke off what I've seen. Says a lot about Mitch when we played against Quins, he was the player we targeted from KO and got a lot of success.

I think Bridge is the best option we have at fullback.

Bridge, J.Monaghan, King, Atkins, Riley, Briers, Myler. (Quality backline)

Then mix and match ten forwards, positionally they all do a bit of everything : M.Monaghan, Carvell, Wood, Harrison, Anderson, Solomona, Clarke, Cooper, Mitchell, Blythe/McCarthy.

We'd also have the option of keeping Atkins and King together on their side, then perhaps put Joel in centre with Riley outside him?

It's an option anyway. Forwards are still formidable too.

I think a lot of us have been to quick to write off Chris' abilities this year. He's obviously been out of favour by Che, whatever the reason may be but from what I've been told he's been playing well for the 20's, he's bided his time, made no complaints about not being picked and now his chance has come.

In terms of over Bridge at FB, I'd like to see Bridge at 13 as the other options, Harrison, Coops, Big Dave or Clarke will be needed as replacement props, starting backrower or replacement hooker respectively. For me, it's a case if getting the most out of the players fit to play and I think that line up IMO would be best suited. And FWIW I prefer Blythe in the centres than the backrow hence my selection.

Our left edge has been destroying teams so would rather move Joel to centre, put Bridge at fb and give Riley his chance on the wing to avoid breaking it up. Harrison in for westwood. Come on the wire!

If Riley's FB, that leaves us with our first choice 2-7.

The nightmare scenario for me is if Monas gets hurt. We have shown recently that we can cover Morley & Briers amongst others. Westwood will be a little more difficult but I'm sure that we'll pull through because we have obvious choices. Losing Monas (And I'm touching wood whilst writing this) would end our challenge IMO.
