I wrote in the previously posted thread that this stream was legal, but I understand the reasons or you deleting it if iplayer links are removed.

Perhaps the higher powers should make this clearer in the AUP, quite unclear.

If its illegal, it is harmful to the owner of the site and could get it shutdown. Extreme cases, I know, but it can happen and has happened.
