I have read the league express and it says "Rumour has it" that wire have made a substantial bid......
Rumour - means hearsay.........so until confirmed the league express is guessing too.......it said in the League express some weeks ago that Wigan had done the same......nothing new......old news... |

| You can't fault what Offiah is doing as his agent....Just read on teletext that Myler is leaving all negotiations to him, and Offiah is doing a cracking job, basically starting an auction between all the interested parties.
These rumours of Wire bids, and Wigan & Saints interest, are just that...rumour....and all generated by Mr Offiah, I'm guessing...  |

Myler has 1 year remaining on his Salford contract - if he plays that contract out he will be the hottest free agent for some time, and that way he will probably be able to get a stellar wage contract, but as we appear to be one of the few clubs who can muster a transfer fee we should go for him at the end of this season. We can offer him more money than he is on, but possibly less than he would have got on the free market, and Salford would doubtless be happy to take the transfer fee rather than lose him for nothing
Plus, we should offer Briers another year, they could be a awesome together.
