I like what sita brings, I'm not massively keen on the amount of time he is able to do it for. If he can improve his fitness to do 30 minute stints then he could be a very good player. I think he's been worth a contract for his form this season. Add another big, quality prop to what we have and I'll be pretty happy.

Agree, he can be a crowd pleaser when on the field but doesn't do enough for me. His efforts this season have pretty much earned his extension but I hope he is not considered to be the bench / additional prop we desperately need. We really need another 30+ minutes hard yards tackling machine as well.

Probably an unpopular opinion here, but don’t think he’s worthy of it at all. Doesn’t do enough for me and feel he should bring so much more.

Says at lot about where we’re at as a club and the current market out there with us giving him an extra two years.

I agree. 2 years and quota spot. If we carry on a dont sign a top drawer prop then Sita will be here longer than Price.

More minutes should be the biggest requirement since the number of substitutions per game was reduced. We can't expect a couple of ageing props to pull their tripe out every week.

If he does more game time, which he needs to, he won't be as explosive and without the odd eye catching hit up he doesn't offer much else.

I hope he goes well, but, we NEED a PROPER big minute prop. He's not that man

I love sita and i'm happy he's still gonna be with us.....BUT.....i don't think he's the type of prop we need unless we can get a hard hitting big minutes forward on board to take the pressure off Hill and Cooper playing such long minutes every week. Even if we got a big prop who could rotate with Hill so we could get the best out of Hill i'd be happy.

What does he offer actually? A few big hit ups with no offload, penalties with the ball and without, then tank empty after 10 minutes. We already have a show pony 2nd rower with a suspect engine and joints. He wouldn't get near the Saints or Wigan pack and wouldn't get near ours if we weren't so accepting of dross/underachievement. Glad to see the club made a £200K profit though in 2018, I mean that's what it's all about.

We have made the last 3 finals! We don't have a divine right to win them or even be there. I know we are likely to get a beating next week but let's at least look forward to the next 8 days, Wigan tonight and saints next week at Wembley.

Regarding offloads I think the lads are told not to, nobody is doing it really. We have the most negative second row in terms of offloads and distribution. We know they can both do it though, so is there instruction not to?

Sita is frustrating at times and has been unlucky with injury but throw in another big prop and I think we are looking good.

No it was more the Warrington Guardian's feature of the finances of the club rather than journalistic challenging of the clubs performances in general and this signing in particular.

It's just a very underwhelming statement of intent. It's basically saying "more of the same". I'm well aware we have not won a sausage since 2012 and lost the last 6 finals. A 2 year extension for Sita is hardly aspirational.

Would love to get an insider look at training. Is Sita behind everyone else in fitness work? Or does Price just under use him?

He should be able to do 60 minutes and if he currently can't, get him to work on his fitness.

If he did, he'd be a much more valuable player.

Agree with most comments on here, not what we [ireally[/i need, but hope he gives more to the cause/team going forward.

Sita was at rochdale and nowhere near the first team at the start of the season.

So a few good games early on, warrants a contract extension.
No wonder we have problems., and our recruitment/retention for the last few years has bordered on pathetic

When you compare him to Tasi I suppose he’s the ‘lesser of the two evils’ so to say. We all know we doesn’t play long enough minutes and looks gassed after 10/15, on the flip side he does bend the opposition line and make an impact of the bench when he’s on song.

It is a tad disappointing that we’ve been unable to attract a prop that plays longer minutes and offers more. Compared to Hull, they’ve recruited 7 players for their squad for next year and a couple decent looking props from the NRL, the questions got to be asked why aren’t we doing the same? 5/6 members of our current squad are being moved on we should be more active in bringing in new players...
