First game I have been to in a while and dragged my other half with me ... We had a brilliant time enjoyed seeing the mighty wire extinguish the dragons.
Cant wait for next season to start will be a regular for sure... when does it start?

usually 1st or 2nd week in february,but there will be a few friendly games before the season starts

Have to agree ,it may have been a dead rubber but, it was a lot of fun ,sad to see Joel go

There wasnt an atmosphere until the Joel & Roy kicks but I really enjoyed the game. Thought we scored some great tries.

Joel in particular looked like a a huge weight was lifted off his shoulders, was great to see him taking his winger on the outside

Special mention to Kev Penny who was really un-selfish setting up a couple of tries also & I thought Sandow's kicking game was good.

Did anyone count how many times Catalans forced a drop out? Our line defence was great

Roy was excellent today & showed just how good is offload game can be. I know Cats are not the best away from home but to handle 7 or 8 goal line drop outs & still put 48 on a team is not that bad & how did Joel manage to go full length without being caught ?

Just a pity this quality has been missing all season.

I can't remember ever seeing any team concede so many drop outs, penalties or possession yet still keep their opponents to zero for most of the game. Sky's 'Penalty, Penalty, Try' theory was completely blown out of the water. Great goal line defence, but have to take into account we were up against possibly the one team that is less interested than we seem to be.

Concede penalties and possession like that next week and Saints will be ruthless. If I understand it correctly, for Saints to finish top they need Wigan to lose to Cas and Huddersfield to beat Leeds. They also need to have beaten us by 62 more than Huddersfield beat Leeds. Be afraid, be very afraid!

Enjoyed that today. It was refreshing after a miserable afternoon in Huddersfield last Sunday and pretty much confirms us in sixth regardless of what happens against Saints. As I'm working so can't go, and fully expect us to lose comfortably I'm just going to pretend next week isn't happening.

Really enjoyed today players looked relaxed and obviously played better than of late. Really wish that was our last game of the season with us ending on a sort of high. Next Thurs will spoil it all. Was hoping to hear there's been a change of plan and Joel is staying, but not to be.

How bad was that referee in the first half yesterda? He was baffling at times.

It's been the same all season. Inconsistency, refs not following the rules, blind touch judges it seems part of the norm. let's hope they sort it out for 2016.

Asotasi put on some decent steps and offloads. But far too little, far too late. A spectacularly poor value for money signing.
