Anyone know when Sky tell us the games they are covering for the first week in September? I'm thinking that they will cover our game against Wigan so guess it will be Friday night or Saturday

our game with wigan is a cert for sky..they normally announce them 2 weeks before.i heard them mention on sat that they will be showing brad v hull kr in 2 weeks

If wigan win on saturday can only see this game being moved to the saturday as wigan would have been at wembley previous week.

I reckon it will be on the Friday; they usually put their top game of the weekend on the Friday night.

It won't matter if wigan have played at Wembley the previous Saturday, we went to Harlequins on the Friday after Wembley last season!

They aren't, Saints vs Huddersfield is the Friday night game.

Hope it's not a Sunday game as i enrolled for the Blackpool Half Marathon thinking it was a cert for a SKY Friday night game .

I can't make sundays and can only make saturdays if i get lucky so hopefuly its friday

Round 25 matches are on Thursday and Friday! They wouldn't move the Catalans game when so many people have booked travel ,would they? Looks a good game for TV though. Not much else that weekend - Hull KR vs St Helens is one? but other than that....Wigan vs Bulls; Salford vs Giants; Quins vs Leeds; Cru vs Hull FC; Wakey vs Cas....

Possibly. The Sky Live schedule shows a game on 20/08/11 at 5:05pm.

We kick off against Catalans at 5:30pm and the only other game on that day is Quins v Leeds at 3pm, so I doubt they will show that one.

The only Sunday games that may possibly move is Wakey v Cas or Hull KR v Saints.

Think Catalans v Wire is the highest profile match of that weekend though, withouth doubt.

Knowing the RFL they will put a dire game on that week with teams that don't have to play for anything. But i agree it could be between Wakey V Cas because of the derby, Hull KR V Saints because KR need a win to overtake Hull FC in the last play off spot and possibly Saints might need the win to nudge away from Huddersfield. If we want to finish top then we will need to win and Catalans need the win to possibly snatch the top 4 spot over Huddersfield. Hopefully people get that

Bizarrely that is a Championship match. That week SL games are Thursday and Friday - presumably so cup finalists don't have to play on the Saturday.
