The bloke is a tool. I will never forget when we beat them last season at home and all he went on about at the end of the game was how we never had the ball for the first so many minutes and that was a credit to how good Wigan are.......

He captained Wigan ffs, he's bound to be biased just as we would when commentating on our own team. I know he's supposed to be impartial but we all know that wouldn't last long if that was us on TV. Could any wire fan, or saints fan etc really not big up there own team if they were in Phil's position.

Phil Clarke is a very intelligent man and usually talks a lot of sense, I wouldn't always agree with him but I think people get a little hung up with this "he's always on about Wigan" rubbish. just watch the game and as one of your own has said, turn the volume off if you don't like it.
