Riley is a guy that has slowly built his skills and bided his time without being spectacular - his efforts are clearly reaping rewards as he is probably our most consistent player this season.
Penny - too much too soon, went to his head, thought he was the big guy - needs to do as Riley has done and go away to improve (maybe on loan somewhere ?)

I'm still not convinced by Riley.
He makes far too many mistakes - glaringly obviouis at full back.
However under the guidance of Smith he should make the grade without being top class.

Riley IMO, He has made some shocking mistakes this year which always look worse because of the position he plays meaning they usually result in us letting the opposition in for a try but generally he has been very consistant, whilst still having the occasional moment of brilliance (That try against bradford for instance).
Penny has speed, and thats about it as far as i can see at the moment?
Both are keen and put a lot in every game.

Riley. His game has really improved over the last year and will hopefully continue to do so.
Penny has the potential to be a good player but I think it may take a few years for him to get there.
