We needed that week off and fair play to the lads, they didn't look.like they just farted about. Mushrove put a shift in, Dufty was sharp and Steph looked like he was 8 years younger.

That was a bit meh, yes it’s a nil and 48 points scored. But it looked hard work tonight, a bit laboured and jagged. Two points is two points I suppose.

Gutted Fitzgibbon was injured, was looking forward to him being back on the field, hopefully it's one of those injuries that is more painful than damaging.
Fair enough the opposition weren't the best but we played really well regardless.

Both starting line ups were disrupted and obviously not first choice 1-17 so I was impressed by our performance and the result particularly considering the in game injuries to our edges which were where we filling in in the first place.

Yes Huddersfield were poor but we showed a great team ethic with guys having to do long stints.
