Is Wrench injured or rested?

The Leeds crowd would warm to Hayes, if he gets a debut at Headingly.

I watched him last week in our Academy Game at the HJ, where he had another great game.

He looks too small to play Rugby League, but his size belies his talent.

He was injured in the Toulouse game.

No Mikaele. I heard he’d broken his hand but not sure if that’s true.

I have a feeling that Powell will play Minikin at centre with Mata'utia at half back.

Hasn't the academy (winning streak of 7) got a top of the table clash v Leeds this weekend? Think they will be wanting to keep hold of Hayes for that one.

Think the winning streak is up to 9 now after beating Hull. Hayes looks like a proper old school scrum half, I hope he plays on Friday.

I wouldn't be too sure, we are now likely to have quite a few out, even though they've been named in the squad I don't think we'll see Bentley, Cam Smith or Hardaker.

I think I place in the first team would be more beneficial to him and the lib than finishing top of the comp, Grand Final of course would still be on the cards.

Perm any 17 out of all our registered players and I’d still predict us to get “battered”. It’s that kind of season.

I'm not even bothered if we lose this week to be honest, basically down to Toulose not winning another game. Roll on 2023.

It is the Reserves who play this weekend, at Salford Red Devils (Saturday, 2.30pm at the AJ Bell Stadium).

The Academy game at Leeds Rhinos is next Wednesday (24th), kick off 5.45pm and is a curtain raiser to the Leeds v Huddersfield game on Sky.

As has been mentioned we have won 9 games in a row now (10 from 12 so far).

He's quick yes, and can break a tackle but he seems to go 50 metres sideways to make 5 metres forward, he's got a lot of promise but far from a first choice starter at the moment.
