No Chris Bridge, when is he due back?

Ratchford is probably first choice , Bridge is a reserve player now so no rush imo !

Change the record. Bridge is still first choice right centre and Ratchford is a great utility back.

I know Padders doesn't like Bridge but
1st choice centre is Atkins, then i'd agree Ratchford 2nd, he just does more, better ball handler, kicker, quicker, more elusive, just a generally better player for me.

Sadly Bridge isn't 1st choice anymore, Atkins and Ratchford are Wires 1st choice centres

It's not rocket science to work out I don't rate Bridge ! He has had one good season at Wire but hasn't impressed me since I had started to warm to him but sadly he didn't kick on and reverted back to his poor distribution and defence ! So imo he's ok as backup for Ratchford but needs a lot of work to take the position back and make it his own again ! He will get his chances when Hodgson has his rests through the season and Ratchford reverts to fullback and I hope he plays well and forges his way back into the first choice Squad !

I'm a believer in Chris Bridge, f*cking hallelujah. Bad season last time out but will hopefully return to form and fitness this year.

I think it is obviuos that we have got a very strong depth to our squad but I would certainly not write off Chris Bridge just yet.

I'm praying that this snow goes away. I was at the club shop today so had a little peek at the pitch whilst in the area. The pitch markings have been marked out in blue and there was still snow on the pitch. Bennie deserves the day and for the weather to spoil it, would be a massive shame.

Omg its just snow. Why should it be called off? I thought we were meant to be one of the hardest games in the world, played by 'real men'. See the state of Salford last season? And Hull FC until about an hour or so before we got there.

Even if the ground was frozen would it make much difference? Probably safer than the Chemics 'Ipitch' to be fair.

It's the surrounding areas around the ground that could be th problem. Fingers crossed it rains tonight and washes it away. (Never thought I would ever wish snow to go away).
