I wouldn't worry about it just now. I've been off work all week and was watching the forecast to plan our days out. They were predicting Tuesday to be aweful. In the end it was a cracking day. Wait until 2 days before.

I'm sure I read once that weather men/girls can't properly predict the weather until about 48 hours before. However, I shall come prepared with a light rain jacket, just in case the heavens open and I get as wet as an otter's pocket.

My understanding, from watching some Richard Hammond thing on TV, was that the roof being 'partially closed' is the norm, and it is retracted when there are no events on to allow more sunlight to get to the pitch. |
