Last night was a good workman like win.
Nothing special in attack but very good defence.
Our attack last night just seemed to be not quite clicking and I think we missed Michael Monagahn.
I was working until 8:30 so watched the match via a recording and felt that although we never looked in danger in defence which was great but in attack we didn't have the cutting edge that we have shown and have got.

Next week with Monas x 2 and Moz back we will be the side that we are. I hope Ryans injury is not too serous but he was on crutches at the end.

probably not taken over, more the fact that with monas on there is another huge threat and as such briers has a bit more time to play his game, and when hes struggling monas can pick up for him.

Not sure about that, but he is the best hooker in the league, so we are bound to miss him.....Look at how Saints struggle without Cunningham, you remove great players from good sides and it becomes inevitable that performances will suffer accordingly.

My point was to illustate that even though they both played well it just goes to show how much better Monas actually is that he was still missed.

Last night was one of those games that's never going to sell RL to the neutrals. The ground was bleak, the grass was grey (how do they do that?), there was a reasonable crowd but no atmosphere and the rugby was bland.

Last night would have been a dream for Monas to play in. It was a similar game to Quins at the start of last year when we demolished them. However, we won and we move on to next week. Not many teams will be able to rest players at times like us so we must be thankful for this.

MONAS is by far wires best player, he pulls all the strings,and when we signed him form player in the NRL.He would of eventually wore the green and gold, WORLD CLASS!!!.Besides SIR LES the best overseas player to wear the wire shirt.Good bet for man of steel,name a better player in super league?
