Watching on TV and saw some of our lot doing the conga causing no trouble and then stewards going up to stop them and then the next shot when the camera went back to the pitch was a load of stewards sprinting up the steps?? what went on?? stevo or whoever even commented on it.

A conga is all in good fun but if there was fighting with the stewards because they tried to break it up then that is not on and shouldn't be condoned.

tbh though, i can understand why the stewards would try and stop it, that away stand the steps are steep, you fall down at the top of that and you're in trouble, they had someone seriously injured falling down the steps last year iirc, ended up smashing their face.

if they'd done it at the bottom on the apron then it probably wouldn't have been as much as problem.

To be fair the conga does need to be done properly, and to music to be appreciated..........and the leg must be kicked out to the Side (like Sam tomkins did on Bridge) for it to be a proper conga......if these simple rules were broken then the stewards were right to step in......
