Rugby League Manager 2009 has been released for download now. I would reccomend everybody to download it as the 2008 version of the game was very enjoyable. One down side is the glitches still in the game that haven't been edited out

It is quite hard at the start, you need to employ good 5-star staff to train your players. The team gradually gets better with games, on the 2008 version I started off the first season badly and then got much better and ended up winning the Challenge Cup. On this version I have lost the first 4 games, but the team does improve gradually as I said...

Let's hope that is an omen for us!

You select the league at the side of the page, then your club, and in the bottom left hand corner it should say the club, hover over that and then select your difficulty...

I haven't bought anybody at the moment, I am trying to gain funds as I had to upgrade my stadium to reach the standards. I have sold about 3 players and sent out another 3 on loan. I don't think I will be signing players until I have upgraded my stadium...

Just downloaded it and its great so far. The game simulation is quite clever. One snag, how do you save a game?

I have been into options and save game which pulls up the empty boxes but I cant complete these so it's not saving.

Think there was a hoax Wikipedia page on an "EA Sports Rugby League game". I think the rumour was put to bed by the makers of Rugby League 1/2 because they own the rights to it.

You need to run the programme as administrator. I was having this problem, played 2 games last night just gone back to it and it wasn't saved. When you hover over a empty box and click on it you should hear it say game saved.

There's a lot to this game by the looks of it which should make it interesting. Just hope I start better this time round, got stuffed 28-4 by Saints opening game.
