Everyone please be aware, the Wire Flyer train is now terminating at Euston and not Wembley Park. I had an E-mail confirming this from See Tickets last night.

I SPOKE TO THE CLUB THIS MORNING AND THE WIRE FLYER IS STILL GOING DIORECT TO WEMBLEY ITS ONLY THE 2 ND TRAIN THAT GOES TO EUSTON

Get your facts right Johnny.

The club sold the wire flyer as a direct service from bank quay to wembley. They cant and wont turn round with 4 days to go before departure and say it now terminates at Euston

for anyone who is unsure what to do from Euston. you need to go to Euston Square underground station which is a 2-3 minute walk from the main Euston station and get the Metropolitan line, its about 30 mins to Wembley Park approx 5-6 stops

As a result of the massive demand for Rail Travel for our Carnegie ChallengeCup Final on Saturday 29th August, Health and Safety restrictions imposed ontrain travel by Wembley station and the rail networks means that the number ofcarriages that can be handled has been reduced.We take the safety and welfare of our supporters very seriously, to adhere totheir recommendations we have moved your booking to another Train. As part ofthis new booking and for safety reasons, the train will now terminate atEuston Station and NOT Wembley. By way of compensation Warrington Wolves we credited your credit/debit card with £5 and include a return tube ticket tofurther assist your transfer from Euston to Wembley on the day. Sounds to me as though you have been relegated from flyer on to the the wolves express mate, the wire flyer is still going to wembley.

Sorry it's not. Have just spoken to Neil Dowson, Financial Exec at Wolves and all trains our now going to Euston.

they better be joking, the proverbial will hit the fan if they have mis sold it. The only reason we were going on the train is because it was a direct service.

If id have known this we would have been on one of the coaches.

Warrington really couldn't organise a mickey up in a brewery.

And if it is true why the hell have they not informed people who have bought their tickets from the club shop?

Were they just going to wait until we boarded on saturday morning or maybe just as we were docking at Euston?

This is absolutely shocking - you cant offer/sell a service which was never going to deliverable. Heads will roll for this

Apologies Natters. I Ahve just spoken again to Neil Dowson. The Wire flyer does terminate at Wembley, but we have been relegated to the second train even though I booked the Wire Flyer on Monday!! Not happy. Agian, sh@t on by the club!!

The flyer sold out almost immediately that the tickets went on sale.

I think if you read the exert from your e.mail it's not the club that have made
the change it's Health & Safety and rail network that have moved the goal posts. The club have done everything they can to apease the situation by refund £5 back plus the giving you the return tube fare from Euston to Wembley park.

You and natters do really owe the club an apology.

That is completely unfair. If you read through your email carefully you'll find it states:



The email states that the Rail Network have reduced the amount of carriages that the Wire FLyer can take to Wembley for safety reasons, so I imgaine the last fans to book got moved to the Wire Express. How you can possibly call that the club's fault is beyond me. The email says right there in black and white that it was not the club's decision.

Couldn't agree more. I can't believe Warrington Wolvee have no control over Network Rail. THIS IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGRACE.

Think from what has been said and the conversation with Neil Dowson it only effects some people on the 1st train due to the number of carridges being reduced.

I was commenting on Johnnys insistence that the flyer service had been changed. Im guilty of listening to a divy who hadn't got his facts right. Needless to say I withdraw the comments I made.
