Your game today made me proud to be a league fan.

I watched those pampered, overpaid wendyballers show little effort or pride, and deservedly get dumped out. Then I tuned into your game, and all I saw from both sides was effort and commitment, where they were prepared to give every last ounce of sweat and blood they had in order to get what was just 2 points. And for what kind of financial return? Most of those idiots in Africa today wouldn't get out of bed for what some of our guys earn in a year.

So yes, take the flags down, because the team and the game were an embarrassment. And once again rugby league, take your bow.

An observation surely? Based on my unscientific method of analysis there appeared to be more far more residences, on average, in council house estates sporting England flags than those in middle class areas. Are you saying that isn't the case?
