Looking at the table, we in agreement with 8 games left that's pretty much assured now. With a 5 point buffer over Saints, that's 3 defeats with our points difference. Can't see us losing three in eight.

I'd pick Wigan

Current top 4 will lose points before season end IMO. Our superior difference may have a bearing on final positions.

You know, funnily enough, so would I. Saints really had us in that first half in a way that no other team has this season.

I think the "week before the CC semi" and the "week before Wembley" could be a factor that costs 2 or 4 points for one of us or Wigan, which could be decisive in the end.

I would also choose Wigan in a 'club call' rather than Saints or Hudds. Still think either of those teams could end our season.

Agreed Wigan won't slip up. The way I see it their game in had is against us at the HJ and I think we will win that. Catalans away troubles me.

yeah..the French game is gonna be a big ask....especially as the weather will just get hotter and hotter down there. The game after Catalans could be tricky because of fatigue...who is that against?

I tend to agree. The rain made the game close, in dry conditions we would have built a bigger lead. Our completion rates were poor.

Not true. 1st plays 4th, 2nd plays 3rd in Week One. The side who get 'ClubCall' in Week 3 are the highest ranked of the two winners of these Week One games. Even then, the choice is restricted to the winners of the Week Two games. Winning in Week One gives each team either the right to choose in Week Three, or exemption from being chosen, depending on which team finished higher in the regular season.

I honestly believ that whoever loses the CC quarter final will win the league.

If Saints don't buck up, they could finish 5th/6th and be out before we have any chance to end their chances.

Catalans could easily take 4th.
