Take nothing away from Wakefield, but when they turned up and despite Lindop going over early, it was clear to all concerned that our lack of balance through injury and our in game misfortune, that we were always there for the taking. 


What I find difficult to overlook is that we looked devoid of fight and a plan, something that we had in abundance last season. Our route to failure was exacerbated by our own mismanagement, disorganisation and a flatness that bordered on disinterest.


 Let's hope for a decent win in the cup and better news on the personnel front the week after.        

Jeez, always next year, literally. Isn't Sam leaving at the end of this season? 


Even if that's true about this season, why should we pay every week to watch a work in progress? That's like admitting defeat before the season even starts. Ugh.
